It has been tested and works.  All attachments/blades appear very sharp.

The one small blade has a tiny bit of rust on top of the plate.  It does not hamper the actual blade.
If you buy multiple items, I will do combined shipping.  Once the items are over, I will send you an invoice reflecting the correct shipping.
I disagree with Ebay forcing sellers to accept all returns in their policies.
