    Newport Analog Optical Power Meter Model 835. Condition is Seller refurbished. Beautiful ANALOG power meter. Inside is a museum piece. Changed  output power cable (110V) and installed new rechargeable batteries.
    It measures negative power because it is plug to a Thorlabs detector that has inverted polarity, respect to the Newport ones.. It reads properly when using a source with attenuator. Not calibrated. Could test GPIB before shipping upon request, but these things never die, so for sure is working...
