It is in a Worn condition has many dents in the pipe, The Mouthpiece could not be removed, Has YORK BANDINSTC GRAND RAPIDS MICHIGAN USA USOMC and a #4 at the base of the opening, Does still sound fine,16 1/2" From Mouth Piece to base, 6" Tall Total, Opening Diameter is 4 1/2".
