This is an antique diamond and 14K yellow gold engagement ring sitting 7.2 MM (1/4 inch) above the finger, measuring 2.3 MM (1/16 inch) wide at the shoulders. The white gold top mount was cast as one piece with the shank and is securely six prong set with a center, full cut, fully faceted, natural, genuine, untreated .40CT round European cut diamond measuring 4.7 MM 4.9 MM with a thin girdle and a small culet. The incredibly dazzling diamond is of J color and VVS clarity with no chips or cracks, and the ring is solid and well made with a closed back. It is in very good condition especially due to age. The ring is marked, tested and guaranteed 14K and is a sizable by your jeweler, size 8 3/4. The 2.2 gram ring has been professionally cleaned and brightly polished and is ready for presentation. 19266
